Mr. Harrison retired in 2009 as the CEO of Canadian National Railroad. During his tenure Mr. Harrison led CN to become the safest, leanest, and most progressive railway in the industry. His last quarter at CN saw CN operating metrics at record levels in spite of a severe recession, the company still managed to beat street estimates by 6 cents per share. In my opinion his contibution to CN is the most signifcant of all CEO's in CN's history.
